OverviewMerchandiser – Location: Haur-Fakkan, UAE. Salary: 1600 AED/month. We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a profitable product mix in order to meet customer needs and maximize sales.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement merchandising strategies that will increase sales and profits.Analyze sales figures and market trends to anticipate customer demand.Source new products through market research or supplier relationships.Make sure shelves are well-stocked with appropriate products in attractive displays.Develop promotional activities, including advertising campaigns and special offers.Monitor stock levels, ordering new items when necessary.Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the best prices and terms of sale.Monitor competitors’ prices and activities.Maintain accurate records of all transactions and report regularly on sales performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field is preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence others effectively.Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically about problems or issues that arise in the course of work duties.Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (minimal work experience).We are open to considering an immigrant for this role as well.#J-18808-Ljbffr
