Merchandiser

Merchandiser (Indian Nationals) in Ajman, UAEAs a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with product development teams to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for trends and market demand.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement merchandising plans to achieve sales goalsConduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunitiesCollaborate with product development teams to ensure timely production of new itemsMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing productsNegotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for productsCreate attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing wayTrain store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledgeConduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standardsMonitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvementRequirements:Indian national preferred, but open to all nationalitiesBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trendsExcellent communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of Indian consumer preferences is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslySalary: 1600$ per monthLocation: Ajman, UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
