The ideal candidate should have a passion for creative marketing and merchandising strategies. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of products, organizing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed in stores.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market trends to determine the best product assortment and pricing strategies.Develop effective merchandising plans to promote product sales and maximize profits.Monitor sales performance and adjust inventory levels accordingly.Ensure accurate stock levels in each store by working with suppliers.Plan promotional activities to increase customer awareness of new products or services.Cooperate with marketing staff to create promotional materials such as signs, flyers, etc.Provide feedback on customer preferences or dissatisfaction about particular items or services.Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferredProven experience in merchandising or retail managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamIf you think you are a suitable candidate for this role, please send your CV along with your cover letter to (email address) by (date).
