The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product range within a store and will be expected to increase sales through effective merchandising strategies.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing merchandising strategies that maximize sales and profit marginsEnsuring that the store is well-stocked with appropriate levels of merchandiseManaging inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while avoiding overstocks or shortagesAnalyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvementMaintaining a high level of customer service at all timesCollaborating with store staff to ensure customer satisfactionWorking closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive salesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience in retail managementProven experience in merchandising and/or retail managementStrong understanding of marketing principles and techniquesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to plan aheadExcellent communication skills both written and verbalWe are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
