MEP Technician

The role is critical in maintaining a safe and compliant healthcare environment.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform<b>preventive&corrective maintenance</b>of MEP systems</li><li>Handle<b>electrical maintenance</b>: wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, power faults</li><li>Maintain and repair<b>HVAC systems</b>: Split AC, AHU, FCU, compressors, air curtains</li><li>Troubleshoot<b>AC issues</b>: gas leakage, cooling failure, compressor faults</li><li>Maintain<b>plumbing and drainage systems</b></li><li>Inspect and maintain<b>fire alarm&safety systems</b></li><li>Maintain equipment:<b>Generator, UPS, refrigerators, deep freezers</b></li><li>Perform<b>general facility maintenance</b>(locks, fixtures, minor repairs)</li><li>Ensure compliance with<b>health&safety standards (hospital environment)</b></li><li>Report issues to the<b>Facility Manager</b>and minimize downtime</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
