As a key member of our construction management team, you will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Testing, and Commissioning aspects of mixed‑use building projects. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong technical expertise and project management skills.Manage all MEP and T&Co activities for mixed‑use building construction projects from inception to completionDevelop and implement MEP and T&Co strategies, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international standardsCoordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and optimize MEP systemsOversee the preparation and review of MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittalsConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelinesManage the testing and commissioning process for all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protectionIdentify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP and T&Co activitiesPrepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian building regulations and international standardsImplement sustainable building practices and pursue relevant green building certificationsMentor and guide junior MEP engineers and techniciansWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering (PE) license or equivalentMinimum 15 years of experience in MEP/T&Co management for construction projects, with a focus on mixed‑use buildingsProven track record of successfully managing complex MEP systems in large‑scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations, as well as international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC)Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, AutoCAD, and MS Office SuiteExcellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationIn‑depth understanding of testing and commissioning procedures for MEP systemsExperience with sustainable building practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisionsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional teamsFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirableProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredWillingness to travel to project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
