Mep Supervisor

Required for a leading Facility Management Company in - UAEPosition - MEP SupervisorSalary - 3000 to 3500 DHS + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical + Insurance Free by CompanyDuty Hours - 9 + 1 Hours Lunch BreakKey ResponsibilitiesOperations & MaintenanceSupervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, BMS, and ELV systems.Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and adhered to.Monitor breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.Coordinate shutdowns and emergency repairs with minimal disruption to operations.Supervision & Team ManagementLead and supervise technicians (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed as per standards.Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to technicians.Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the MEP team.Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with local authority regulations, statutory requirements, and FM best practices.Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and permit-to-work supervision.Ensure all systems are maintained as per OEM recommendations.Documentation & ReportingMaintain records for PPM, corrective maintenance, inspections, and breakdowns.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.Review method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.Update asset registers and maintenance logs.Client & Vendor CoordinationLiaise with clients to address service requests and resolve complaints.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for specialized maintenance works.Verify quality of work and certify job completion.Support audits and inspections by authorities or clients.Energy & Cost ControlMonitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.Assist in budgeting, spare parts planning, and inventory control.Reduce downtime and optimize maintenance costs.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Facility Management with strong MEP exposure.Hands‑on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire systems, and BMS.Knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards.Skills & CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting and technical skills in MEP systems.Leadership and team management abilities.Good communication and client-handling skills.Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.Computer literacy (CMMS, MS Office, reporting tools).Work EnvironmentCommercial buildings, residential towers, hospitals, malls, or industrial facilities.May require shift work, on‑call duty, and emergency response.Interested Candidates may send their updated CV toVirtual Interviews will be scheduled soonRegardsDewan Consultants Pvt Ltd.#J-18808-Ljbffr
