Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations for construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage MEP planning, execution, coordination, and project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards.This role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in construction and MEP project management.Job ResponsibilitiesMEP Project ManagementPlan, manage, and supervise all MEP works on-site.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.Technical SupervisionMonitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.Conduct inspections and quality checks.Resolve technical issues during project execution.Team & Site CoordinationLead MEP engineers and site teams.Coordinate with civil and structural departments.Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.Budget & Cost ControlPrepare project budgets and cost estimates.Monitor expenses and control project costs.Review contractor invoices and payment approvals.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety policies.Maintain documentation and compliance records.Implement quality control procedures.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.ExperienceMinimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP project management.Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred.Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent project planning and coordination ability.Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.Strong communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsPMP certification (preferred).Experience in high‑rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.UAE driving license is an advantage.Why Join Us?Competitive salary package.Career growth opportunities in UAE construction sector.Opportunity to manage large‑scale projects.How to ApplyInterested candidates can upload their CV today through the form.#J-18808-Ljbffr
