The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in the UAE with full project lifecycle exposure and strong technical execution capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and supervise the installation of MEP systems (HVAC drainage water supply electrical LV/MV lighting fire‑fighting etc.)Plan site activities coordinate with consultants and subcontractors and manage execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are metRead interpret and implement project drawings and BOQs accurately on siteManage manpower planning and labour productivity according to site conditions and budgetEnsure all site work adheres to quality control safety regulations and project specificationsPrepare and respond to project correspondence including letters and technical queriesSupport inspections with consultants and local authorities (DEWA DM DCD) and follow through on NOCs and approvalsMonitor project progress and support regular reporting to the Project ManagerCandidate RequirementsBachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering (as applicable)Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle in the UAE from mobilisation to handoverMinimum 5 years of UAE‑based experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting companyExperience with high‑rise residential or commercial towers is requiredStrong understanding of labour control productivity tracking and manpower budgetingFamiliarity with safety and quality control procedures as per UAE construction standardsStrong communication skills and professional letter‑writing abilitiesMust be currently based in the UAE and available for face‑to‑face interviewSimilar Job TitlesMEP Site EngineerMechanical Engineer MEP ProjectsElectrical Engineer High‑Rise ProjectsPlumbing Engineer MEP ContractingMEP Execution EngineerMEP Installation SpecialistTo ApplyApply to this job post by filling in all the blank fields.
