The role includes conducting high‑level design reviews, performing technical analysis, and supporting the design and engineering teams across all MEP disciplines, with a particular focus on electrical systems. This senior‑level role requires deep technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex design challenges.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on MEP systems, with a strong focus on electrical design, integration, and compliance.Conduct high‑level design reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory codes.Perform detailed technical analysis to support design decisions and resolve engineering challenges.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive and efficient design solutions.Review and validate MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations, particularly for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low‑voltage systems.Support the development of MEP design strategies, value engineering, and sustainability initiatives.Monitor design progress and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.QualificationsMinimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in electrical systems.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering; Master’s degree or chartered status preferred.Proven experience in high‑level design review and technical problem‑solving.Proficiency in MEP design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Dialux, ETAP, HAP).Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with Saudi building codes, SEC standards, and regional engineering regulations.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close‑knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
