MEP DRAFTSMAN

Our client is a leading MEP contracting firm based in AD are looking to hire experienced MEP Draftsmen to their team.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed drawings and plans for MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that MEP drawings meet project requirements and specifications.Review and interpret technical specifications, sketches, and layouts to create accurate and detailed MEP drawings.Ensure that MEP drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulation.Must be well-versed with ADDC standards.Must be well-versed with authorities rules and regulations.Assist in the preparation of material take-offs, schedules, and cost estimates for MEP systems.Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to address any design or installation issues that may arise during the construction phase.Requirements:3-5 years experience as an MEP Draughtsman or similar roleProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating MEP drawings.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Bachelors or certification in MEP drafting or a related field is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
