OverviewHVACPrepare shop drawings for HVAC works by (Revit Model & CAD) and submit it for endorsement before execution.Review IFC drawings, documents and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details.Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing in addition to detailing drawings.Ensure shop drawings compliance with designs and to be properly coordinated with other disciplines by Rivet Model.Analyze all the given data and documents of the project.Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with the quantity surveyor.Coordinate with Document Control.Prepare the As built drawings by (Revit Model & CAD) to be submitted.Roles & responsibilitiesPlumbingPrepare detailed technical drawings for plumbing and HVAC systems based on sketches, site measurements, and project specifications.Convert conceptual sketches and engineer instructions into accurate AutoCAD drafts.Update and maintain existing plumbing and HVAC drawings to reflect actual site installations.Coordinate with site teams and engineers to verify dimensions, installation details, and system layouts.Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, local codes, and engineering requirements.Support project documentation by providing organized and up-to-date technical drawings.Assist engineers with annotations, material specifications, and design clarifications.Maintain a structured library of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.#J-18808-Ljbffr
