MEP Draftsman

ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Interpret design specifications, tender drawings, and project requirements provided by engineers and consultants.Ensure drawings comply with UAE construction standards, regulations, and project specifications.Coordinate with MEP engineers and other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure design accuracy.Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant/engineer feedback.Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material submittals when required.QualificationsProficient in electrical/Mechanical engineering drawings.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC, etc.)Ability to interpret and produce detailed, precise technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with engineers, consultants, and site teams.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the construction and consultancy industry.Proven experience in high end luxury villas, penthouse, high end restaurants and commercial projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
