MEP Draftman Coordinator / BIM Engineer - MEP Division

Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed MEP designs and calculations.Develop load schedules (heat load, voltage drop, etc.).Coordinate designs between all disciplines.Issue construction drawings and specifications.Develop coordinated MEP 3D BIM models.Detect and resolve clashes with architectural and structural services.Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.Maintain drawing revision logs.Lead and manage the MEP draftman team.SkillsRequirements:Diploma or higher qualification in MEP.Minimum 5+ years experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and Microsoft tools.Good command of English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
