Role & responsibilitiesMechanicalAn In-depth knowledge of ASHRAE, CIBSE, Plumbing codes, DM and DCD codesHands- on experience in Kitchen, Hospital and Speciality Laboratories cooling and ventilation requirementChiller Design, Duct design, piping design and heat load calculation expertise.ESP calculations, head loss calculationsA self-starter, who have delivered project designs independently.Plumbing code and FLS codes deep understanding and design calculations.ElectricalGood understanding of ADDC and DEWA regulations + IEEE regulations.Good knowledge of Electrical LV and ELV design and lighting control systemsPreparation of code compliant Load schedules and drawingsPreparation of Voltage drop calculationsELCB, MCB, MCCB, ACB, bus bar, capacitor bank and LV selections and panel drawingsDraftingProficient in preparing single line and schematic design drawings.Proficient in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools and software, as well as building information modelling (BIM), to create design and construction drawings.Proficient in preparing single line and schematic design drawingsPreparation of working drawings, shop drawings and details according to our methods including: Floor plans, elevations, Construction Details, Furniture layouts, Isometric, sketches, typical detail, etcDesigns incorporating the interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elementsAssesses and meets client requirements through regular meetings and discussions.Excellent grasp of engineering and design principles and fast drafting skillsChecklist for ensuring the QAQC of the designs and Drawings prepared.Maintain documentation room for efficient drawings storage and retrieval.Operate and maintain the health of plotter & copier machines, which are relevant to drawing officePreferred candidate profileAbility to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish tasks.Mechanical Engineering/equivalent and certifications in CAD and BIMWith at least 4 years work related experience in a Consultancy or Electromechanical/construction firm in UAE or UAE based projectsExpert in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, MS Office PackagesHigh level of integrity and commitmentAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and handle target dates and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demandsHighly detailed and organized in workProven Track Record in projects completion independently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
