We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.About the RoleWe are hiring a Bid Manager to lead all tender and RFP activity across the MENA region.You will own bids end-to-end locally while operating within a centralized global framework. Embedded in the regional commercial team, you will act as the bridge between HQ and local stakeholders in a high-growth, high-stakes market.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end bid processes across MENA marketsOwn proposal strategy, drafting, and submission for government clientsAdapt global bid frameworks to local market requirementsEnsure compliance with local procurement regulations, export controls, and data policiesCoordinate inputs across Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, and FinanceAct as primary client interface during bid cyclesMonitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processesFeed regional insights into the central bid library and strategyCandidate RequirementsProven Experience: 5+ years in Bid / Proposal Management or related roles. Experience working with Middle East government or institutional clients. Strong understanding of GCC procurement frameworks and regulatory constraintsComplex Project Management: Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements in MENA.Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.
