Job Description As a Customer Support Associate (CSA) at Firstsource Solution Limited, you will play a crucial role in the Healthcare International Business division. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support in the International Non-Voice Process. Here is a brief overview of the role:
**Role Overview:**
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a non-voice process for the healthcare industry. Your strong communication and listening skills will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer support in a non-voice process for international clients in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills to address customer queries effectively
- Utilize good typing skills to document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum eligibility criteria include being a UG graduate from 2020 to 2024 without any arrears
- 2025 graduates with a provisional certificate and semester marksheet are also eligible to apply
- Postgraduates, B.E, and B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this position
