In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics throughout Qatar.Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing departments in hospitals and clinics throughout Doha and surrounding areasConduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our cutting-edge medical devices and pharmaceuticalsAchieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accountsProvide comprehensive product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and maximum satisfactionStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development initiativesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM softwareAttend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer baseEnsure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practicesAnalyze market data and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and optimize sales strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related fieldProven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical salesStrong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsProficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniquesStrong time management and organizational skillsExperience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processesIn-depth knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology productsWillingness to travel extensively within QatarValid driver's license and clean driving recordAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insightsDetail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and following up on leadsCustomer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceFamiliarity with the Qatari healthcare system and regulationsFluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
