Job Description

We are looking for aMedical Representative based in Riyadh. This position will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.PurposePromote of BI products to Health Care professionals ensuring their appropriate use and adherence to local regulatory and pharma code requirements byDefining & executing sales account plans, based on the local activity/expert engagement planBeing accountable for maximizing the number of appropriate patients that receive Boehringer Ingelheim products by creating added value to the key stakeholdersResponsibilityPromote BI products, with adherence to local regulatory and pharma code requirements. If applicable, handle and distribute product samples in accordance to current Good Distribution Practices, applicable laws and regulations.Achieve sales & market share objectives by maximizing the number of appropriate patients that receive Boehringer Ingelheim products.Define and execute flawless aligned sales account plans, based on the local activity/expert engagement plan, e.g.Defining & executing sales account plans, based on the local activity/expert engagement planAnalysing and profiling customersDeveloping, creating, managing, executing and following up integrated customer plansImplementing customer engagement model, according to the adoption ladder and brand strategyOrchestrate a customer centric engagement through collaboration by cross-functional and external stakeholders, e.g.Integrated Customer EngagementManaging all customers/stakeholders interactions: Face-to-face, Digital, Congresses and CMEUsing DDA’s and/or other approved and scientifical materials as basis for Health Care Professional’s discussionsFeeding back market info (e.g. competitive intelligence, own products, campaign, messaging to Brand Teams)Educational backgroundBachelor in pharmaRequired skillsEffective CommunicationAnalytical skills and planningAgilityAccountabilityNegotiationBusiness AcumenWhat’s Next?We are looking forward to receiving your application!
