The Medical Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including welcoming clients, scheduling and managing appointments, and handling inquiries in person and over the phone. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, practicing excellent phone etiquette, verifying insurance information, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception area.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining schedules efficiently</li><li>Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette to provide excellent client service</li><li>Familiarity with Medical Terminology and procedures used in a medical or cosmetic clinic setting</li><li>Experience in managing and overseeing tasks in a Medical Office environment</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
