Medical Director

We are looking for an exceptional physician-leader to join our Executive Committee as Medical Director, a role with full clinical and P&L accountability, reporting directly to the Board.About usDISC (Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic) is a premium healthcare network operating across the UAE. We bring together sports medicine, family medicine, physiotherapy, CAM, nutrition, psychology, nursing, and imaging (X-Ray, Dexa, UTZ) under one clinical identity delivered across multiple sites to a growing patient base.Role OverviewThe Medical Director is the senior clinical authority at DISC, responsible for unifying clinical governance, clinical service delivery, and clinical performance into a single accountable leadership role.You will sit on the Executive Committee, report directly to the Board, and lead a multidisciplinary clinical team across all UAE sites supported by dedicated Clinical Leads at each location and a Clinical Operations Coordinator to manage all administrative load.Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L accountability across all UAE clinical entitiesDrive clinic utilization and HCP productivityMonitor financial and operational KPIs; lead recovery of underperforming servicesOversee clinical governance, protocols, and regulatory complianceManage HCP credentialing, licensing, and performance lifecycleLead clinical committees, patient safety, and risk managementEnsure quality assurance, audit readiness, and accreditation compliance (Jawda, ADHICS)Drive service line development, clinical innovation, and expansionReport to the Executive Committee and Board on performance, risks, and strategyKey QualificationsMedical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent)Postgraduate qualification in Sports Medicine, PM&R, MSK, or related specialtyValid DHA, DOH, or DHCC license — or eligibility for fast-track registration12+ years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in senior clinical leadershipProven P&L ownership at department, clinic, or entity levelMulti-site healthcare operations experience in the GCCDeep knowledge of UAE regulatory framework: DHA, DOH, DHCCAdvantageImaging centre or diagnostics experienceBackground in integrative or premium wellness healthcareArabic language proficiencyOur ValuesLearning | Integrity | TeamworkClick “apply now”, alternatively send your CV and a brief cover note to: careers@disc-me.com | Subject: Medical Director ApplicationOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
