This role is suited for a dynamic professional with proven expertise in media relations, press operations, and broadcast coordination within high-profile sporting events.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage all media relations and press operations within the venue during the football event</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between media representatives, broadcast partners, and internal event teams</li><li>Oversee the setup, readiness, and daily operations of all media facilities, including:<ul><li>Press Tribune</li><li>Mixed Zones</li><li>Press Conference Rooms</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate closely with broadcasters to ensure seamless coverage and technical support</li><li>Develop and implement daily media operations plans, including scheduling, logistics, and accreditation support</li><li>Handle media inquiries, facilitate interviews, and manage press conferences</li><li>Ensure high-quality service delivery to journalists, photographers, and broadcast crews</li><li>Monitor and resolve real-time operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment</li><li>Maintain strong stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth execution of all media-related activities</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in media relations, press operations, or broadcast coordination</li><li>Prior experience working on major football tournaments, international sporting events, or large-scale live events is essential</li><li>Strong understanding of venue media operations and broadcast workflows</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Must be currently based in Jeddah and available for the full contract duration</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
