This role is suited for a dynamic professional with proven expertise in media relations, press operations, and broadcast coordination within high-profile sporting events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all media relations and press operations within the venue during the football eventServe as the primary liaison between media representatives, broadcast partners, and internal event teamsOversee the setup, readiness, and daily operations of all media facilities, including:Press TribuneMixed ZonesPress Conference RoomsCoordinate closely with broadcasters to ensure seamless coverage and technical supportDevelop and implement daily media operations plans, including scheduling, logistics, and accreditation supportHandle media inquiries, facilitate interviews, and manage press conferencesEnsure high-quality service delivery to journalists, photographers, and broadcast crewsMonitor and resolve real-time operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMaintain strong stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth execution of all media-related activitiesRequirementsProven experience in media relations, press operations, or broadcast coordinationPrior experience working on major football tournaments, international sporting events, or large-scale live events is essentialStrong understanding of venue media operations and broadcast workflowsExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust be currently based in Jeddah and available for the full contract duration#J-18808-Ljbffr
