Job Description

Your experienceMaster's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or equivalent5+ years' experience in media planning, digital performance or media agency management (Luxury, Retail or FMCG industries are a plus)Fluent in English. Arabic is a real plus (written & spoken)Proven expertise in performance media: paid social, search (SEA), programmatic, CTV, OOHStrong knowledge of media measurement frameworks: ROAS, brand lift, reach & frequency, attribution modelingDemonstrated experience working with media planning tools and performance dashboards (ThePlan or similar)Track record of managing and optimizing significant media budgets across multiple marketsSolid understanding of the Middle East & India media landscape, consumer behavior and digital ad market trendsExperience coordinating with HQ teams and distributing campaign assets & toolkits across marketsAnalytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI, Tableau or equivalent is a plusPhotoshop / basic creative tool literacy is a plus for asset review and briefingRigorous, detail-oriented and comfortable managing budgets and invoice reconciliation with Finance#J-18808-Ljbffr
