Function: MarketingLocation: Dubai (UAE)Legal Entity: NMEFLevel: Manager EVP-6Direct Manager: Retail Marketing Social & Media Deputy General ManagerManagers Manager: Marketing General ManagerPurpose / Details of the JobAs the Media Performance Manager at Nissan you will handle the strategy execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Your mission is to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven media planning ensuring Nissans brand and products reach the right audiences at the right time with maximum impact. That is to happen hand in hand with working cross functionally specially with CMM & Retail to ensure we cater to products & markets. While all operations to be data driven to capitalize on marketing media efficiencies.Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any)Media Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute data-driven media strategies across digital and traditional platforms.Align regional media plans with global brand goals and local market needs.Campaign ManagementOversee the implementation of media campaigns including budgeting scheduling and performance tracking.Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.Performance OptimizationMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach engagement conversion and ROI.Use analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and make real-time adjustments.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with CMM retail creative customer experience and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.Coordinate with local market teams to adapt regional campaigns for locally adapted performance.Innovation & Trend MonitoringStay updated on emerging media technologies, platforms and consumer behaviour trends.Recommend innovative approaches to enhance media performance and audience engagement.Work on A/B Media testings to ensure maximum capitalization on various media / creative formats is done for highest business ROI.Reporting & InsightsDeliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.Budget OversightManage media budgets efficiently ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.For a company like Nissan which operates in a highly competitive and fast-evolving automotive market this role is pivotal in ensuring that marketing dollars are spent wisely and that campaigns resonate with diverse regional audiences.Background & Skills RequiredBackground & Experience8 - 10 yrs experienceMinimum Bachelors degree in marketing communicationsExperience in the Middle EastEarlier experience in Automotive or Media is preferred with a focus in media managementStrong understanding of the regional media landscapeExperience managing agencies and budgetsData-driven creative and organisedExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge in paid media specifically on Social how to read media plans KPIs and how to distribute the right budgets based on the different platformsLanguage requirements: Fluency in Business English; Arabic is neededSpecific technical skillsMS Office mainly PPT & Excel (advance)Knowledge in lead managementKnowledge in project managementExperience in managing media management toolsExperience in analyzing A/B testing and generating findings to improve current approachAt Nissan we believe that the differences among us differences in race gender age mindset religion people with disabilities and much more make us stronger and equip us to better serve our customers and communities.
