We partner with ambitious, founder‑led DTC brands typically turning over £1–2 million and help them scale profitably through creative‑led paid social and growth strategy. These are brands in active scale mode, not legacy accounts, and our work directly influences their trajectory. Unlike larger agencies, there are no layers between you and the decision‑makers. Our Paid Social Managers work directly with founders, giving them deep exposure to how brands operate, how growth decisions are made, and how paid social fits into the wider commercial picture. As part of the wider Soar Group, we combine the speed and exposure of a smaller agency with access to industry‑leading creative, proprietary IP, data advantages and cross‑functional expertise.</p><h3>Main Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure success of clients within your POD by executing on paid media strategy</li><li>Feel comfortable auditing an ad account and using the data collected to inform an ad account strategy</li><li>Work with the Growth Strategist to establish a paid social strategy centred around client objectives</li><li>Use ad account and Triple Whale data to inform ad account optimisations</li><li>Effectively test creative created internally and externally</li><li>Report to the Growth Strategist on key learnings, bottlenecks, and future direction of an ad account</li><li>Ensure each action we take in an ad account is centred around objectives and KPIs the Growth Strategist has established</li><li>Report on performance by communicating this with the Growth Strategist and weekly/monthly client reports</li></ul><h3>Diverse Client Base</h3><p>Work with a variety of fast‑growing DTC brands across the globe</p><h3>Skill Development</h3><p>Diverse tasks and client types ensure ongoing skill enhancement</p><h3>Start‑Up Impact</h3><p>Have a direct influence on a rapidly growing business</p><h3>Experience&Skills</h3><ul><li>At least two years of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e‑commerce brands</li><li>Preferably, prior agency experience or experience in a 7‑8 figure e‑commerce brand</li><li>Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e‑commerce</li><li>Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs</li><li>Good understanding of effective paid social testing and scaling approaches</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making</li><li>Experience in using ad account data to inform day‑to‑day ad account changes and optimisations</li><li>Highly organised and can ensure thorough ad account hygiene through your ad account structure and naming conventions</li><li>Remaining at the forefront of paid social and using your insights to service clients</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
