<div><ul><li>Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with the company by selling online recruitment products&services.</li><li>Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.</li><li>Effectively manage the business in an assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.</li><li>Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.</li><li>Give online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.</li><li>Follow the company's sales pitch stages with rigor and discipline.</li><li>Follow daily sales matrix as per the “sales funnel/pyramid”.</li><li>Produce regular reports on personal sales funnel including all personal stats, and efficiency ratios and analyze your performance.</li><li>Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.</li><li>Deliver service that is consistent with the company's values and promises.</li><li>Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>1+ years of a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions.</li><li>Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements of senior decision-makers.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Bachelor's Degree.</li><li>Highly energetic, self-starter with a purpose-driven, result-oriented attitude</li><li>Competitive, ambitious, career-driven, and accountable personality</li><li>Empathy and the ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service</li><li>Ability to work independently and with others.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
