<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>Mechanical Technician M2RO<br/><b>Department:</b>Maintenance<br/><b>Location:</b>Mirfa 2 RO Water Plant UAE</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant mechanical equipment at the Mirfa 2 Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Plant to ensure maximum reliability efficiency and availability. Supports commissioning activities before commercial operations and performs planned and corrective maintenance in line with OEM guidelines safety procedures and best engineering practices.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Carry out daily mechanical maintenance inspections and troubleshooting of plant equipment.</li><li>Participate in commissioning site observations and warranty activities before plant operation.</li><li>Maintain and repair RO plant systems including pumps pressure vessels filters valves heat exchangers and cranes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE standards company safety rules and permit-to-work systems.</li><li>Use CMMS to complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.</li><li>Support contractors and coordinate with other departments for maintenance activities.</li><li>Respond to plant emergencies and call-outs as required.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Technician preferably in RO desalination plants.</li><li>Hands-on experience with rotating/static equipment and preventive/predictive maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of ASME API and ASNT standards.</li><li>Valid medical fitness and willingness to work shifts long hours and in outdoor/industrial environments.</li><li>Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
