Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeMechanical Technician (Rotary Equipment)Doha, Qatar, Qatar | Posted on 02/01/2026Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotary equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, and gearboxesDismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical components such as bearings, seals, couplings, shafts, and impellersConduct precision alignment (laser/dial), balancing, and vibration checksDiagnose mechanical failures and perform root cause analysisRead and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, manuals, and OEM documentationPerform installation and commissioning of new or overhauled rotary equipmentEnsure proper lubrication practices and monitor oil conditionMaintain accurate maintenance records and work reportsFollow all HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout proceduresCoordinate with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams during maintenance activitiesSupport shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency breakdowns as requiredRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience3–7+ years of hands-on experience in rotary equipment maintenanceStrong knowledge of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery componentsExperience with alignment tools, torqueing, fitting, and measurement instrumentsFamiliarity with vibration analysis and condition monitoring (preferred)Ability to work from technical drawings and OEM manuals#J-18808-Ljbffr
