Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeResponsibilitiesConduct routine preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, blowers, mixers, gearboxes, compressors, and valves.Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs using diagnostic tools and techniques.Carry out corrective and breakdown maintenance with minimal downtime.Perform alignment, balancing, lubrication, and calibration of rotating equipment.Monitor the condition of equipment and report abnormalities to the supervisor.Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts used, and daily activity logs.Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation technicians for integrated maintenance tasks.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and plant equipment areas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
