Join to apply for the Mechanical Technician role at Fine Global HR.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job Description: Mechanical Technician – Oil Terminal IndustryKey ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on various mechanical systems, including compressors, pumps (positive displacement, centrifugal, diaphragm), drum filling equipment, HVAC, truck loading equipment, and fire-fighting systems.Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.Maintain and inspect nitrogen generators, air receivers, dryers, and filters.Handle pump sizing and selection based on operational requirements and monitor pump performance for optimization.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of terminal pipelines, ensuring safe, efficient operation.Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on pipelines and hoses.Maintain, inspect, and repair fire-fighting equipment and systems, including pumps, hoses, and related infrastructure, and ensure readiness for emergencies.Maintain and repair HVAC systems in the admin and operations buildings, troubleshooting issues with air conditioning units and ventilation systems.Interpret P&ID and PFD diagrams to troubleshoot mechanical systems and ensure compliance with technical specifications.Provide input into the design and operational optimization of mechanical systems based on P&ID and PFD analysis.Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration systems used within terminal operations, ensuring safety and operational standards.Assist in fabricating and constructing piping, structural works, and mechanical systems as required, including welding, cutting, and assembly, in compliance with safety standards.Support maintenance and operation of earthing and cathodic protection systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical grounding and corrosion prevention systems.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications, and provide detailed reports on system performance and equipment condition.Ensure compliance with industrial safety practices and regulatory requirements.Interested candidates should share their CV at hr7@fineglobalhr.com and contact/WhatsApp at +917736838887.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: Human ResourcesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fine Global HR by 2x.Set job alerts for “Mechanical Technician” roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
