Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating) Saudi Arabia

<div><p>Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating) to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This specialized role focuses on the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors critical to industrial operations.</p><p>As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating) at Eram Talent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of rotating machinery, contributing to uninterrupted production and safety compliance.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and gearboxes.</li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures in rotating machinery and carry out detailed root cause analysis (RCA).</li><li>Execute precision alignment, dynamic balancing, and overhaul of rotating equipment in line with OEM standards.</li><li>Conduct condition monitoring activities such as vibration analysis, temperature monitoring, and performance checks.</li><li>Inspect and maintain seals, bearings, couplings, and lubrication systems.</li><li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals for maintenance execution.</li><li>Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.</li><li>Work closely with operations and reliability teams to improve equipment uptime and performance.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded accurately in CMMS (e.g., SAP PM).</li><li>Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems strictly.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and reduce failures.</li><li>Mentor junior technicians and share technical expertise within the team.</li></ul><ul><li>Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of rotating equipment in petrochemical, refinery, or oil&gas industries.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating machinery.</li><li>Expertise in alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Good understanding of bearings, seals, lubrication systems, and mechanical components.</li><li>Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP PM or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs.</li><li>Solid knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices in industrial environments.</li><li>Experience in shutdowns/turnarounds is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
