This role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, analyzing recurring mechanical issues, and implementing solutions to prevent future failures.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Mechanical Maintenance:</p><ul><li>Oversee the development and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize unplanned downtime.</li><li>Lead the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment failures, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.</li><li>Identify recurring mechanical problems, analyze their root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring mechanical problems.</li><li>Coordinate the timely and efficient execution of corrective maintenance, ensuring machinery is restored to operational status with minimal disruption.</li><li>Communicate effectively with management, engineering teams, and other departments regarding laboratory operations, test results, and any relevant issues.</li></ul><p>Preventive Maintenance:</p><ul><li>Oversee and implement a preventive maintenance program for all mechanical equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.</li><li>Develop and execute maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to high standards.</li><li>Track maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment status, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.</li></ul><p>Inventory Control:</p><ul><li>Oversee the maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.</li><li>Order necessary parts and materials and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>HR Proficiency:</p><ul><li>Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.</li><li>Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.</li><li>Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><p>Problem‑Solving:</p><ul><li>Resolve any related problems that arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><p>Quality:</p><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><p>Business Process Improvements:</p><ul><li>Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><p>Compliance:</p><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><p>Safety:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Diploma Degree in Mechanical Institute</p><h3>Work Experience</h3><p>4 to 6 Years</p><h3>Technical / Functional Competencies</h3><ul><li>Equipment Maintenance</li><li>MS Office</li><li>Physi
