Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Static & Piping (OP-MA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all static and piping equipment on-site. This role will involve conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting any issues, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of all static and piping equipment to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical problems that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of all equipment. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance activities. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a petrochemical or oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of static and piping equipment, including pumps, valves, and pipelines. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues. Knowledge of preventative maintenance strategies and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
