Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.What You’ll DoThis position is responsible for servicing, maintenance and integration of mechanical components of machines and systems.Maintaining mechanical components of machines and systemsCarrying out maintenance work on mechanical and electronic systems, including inspections, cleaning and lubricationProblem‑solving in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systemsProblem‑solving in robot‑controlled production systems, including the associated image processing, drive technology, testing technology, safety technology and other automation technologiesMaintenance of robot systems and other automated components in existing production processesDefine and improve predictive maintenance planningCarrying out functional and performance tests on automation systems as well as troubleshooting and initiating / optimizing control programs.Collaboration in the planning and implementation of improvementsCollaboration with business partners (tool maker, engineers and external partners)Support in training of employeesUse of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., 3D printing, AMR)QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics or a similar qualificationMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial automationKnowledge of cam‑controlled machines such as Bihler (preferred), Wafios, FinzerSkillsHigh‑speed automatic assembly lines such as Stiwa, PIA, Festo, Omron, B&R, DA AutomationKnowledge of mechanical or electrical CAD systems (Creo Direct), experience in the integration and programming of robot systems (Mitsubishi, Stäubli) and other automated components, knowledge of machine safety, sound knowledge of fault diagnosis and rectification on mechanical, electrical and electronic components, manual dexterity and technical understandingExperience with Bihler technologies (punching, welding, bending) and system technologies (setting Bihler servo technology and troubleshooting in Bihler systems) as well as experience with STIWA assembly technology and cam‑controlled drive systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageChallenging projects in a dynamic collaborative teamEaton encourages internal promotion whenever possibleInvestment in employees for the long term, with ongoing learning and development opportunities through Eaton UniversityFocus on reliability, safety, efficiency and sustainability as core valuesHealth and safety first; wellness program that empowers employeesDubai is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city known for its modern architecture, luxurious lifestyle, and rich cultural heritage.
