Mechanical Inspector

We are looking for a Mechanical Inspector with strong site inspection experience. This is a purely site-based Mechanical role. Candidates must have hands‑on experience in inspecting mechanical works on construction projects.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 8+ years of experience as a Mechanical / QAQC InspectorStrong site inspection experience in construction projectsExperience in Highrise Buildings (Mandatory)Should have good exposure in consulting companiesExperience in at least 2 systems: HVAC, Plumbing, FirefightingAbility to read drawings and check work on-siteKnowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)Must have worked on active construction sitesPreferred (Good to Have)Experience working with reputed consulting companies (highly preferred)Candidates from top consulting firms will be prioritizedExperience in consultant or PMC rolesKey ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site inspections of mechanical worksVerify work as per drawings and specificationsReview and approve inspection requests and materialsRaise and close quality issues (NCRs)Coordinate with contractors and engineers on-siteMaintain inspection reports and well equipped in handling sites#J-18808-Ljbffr
