Mechanical Foreman

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesOur client, a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join their team. As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of various construction projects in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians and other workers on site- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements- Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies- Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction- Coordinate with other trades and departments to ensure smooth project execution- Train and mentor junior staff on proper construction techniques and procedures- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and utilized by workers- Adhere to project budget and report any budget deviations to management- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a safe work environment.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, technical diploma or trade certification preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Salary: AED AED 5,000 + Food, Accommodation & TransportationBenefits:Medical insurance + Ticket once in 2 years + Overtime#J-18808-Ljbffr
