Assistant Construction Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager to support our construction operations in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will assist in managing site activities coordinating with contractors and consultants and ensuring compliance with local standards and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Construction Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and consultants.Assist in preparing reports documentation and site inspections.Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and safety regulations.Participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving on-site.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.Familiarity with UAE building codes safety standards and permitting processes.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Additional RequirementsValid work authorization for the United Arab Emirates.Fluency in English; French or any other language is a plus.Engineering or construction-related degree preferred.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
