Build on something that matters!What you will need to do:Study & review Invitation to Tender (ITT), technical specifications, scope of work, P&IDs, plot plans, layouts, and project drawings.Identify mechanical and piping scope boundaries, exclusions, and risks within the tender documents.Prepare tender clarifications and technical queries where required.Verify quantities against engineering drawings, isometrics, and specifications.Develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical and piping installation including:Equipment installationPiping fabrication and erectionValves and specialty itemsStructural and pipe supportsHydrotesting, flushing, and mechanical completion activitiesPrepare labour productivity calculations, manpower requirements, and equipment resources.Develop unit rates, cost build-ups, and construction cost models based on historical data and project requirements.Vendor & Subcontractor CoordinationMaintain estimation databases, productivity norms, and cost benchmarks.Capture lessons learned and historical project data to improve future estimates.What you will need to have:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.5–7 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation and piping fabrication/erection.Experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.Strong ability to read and interpret:Equipment ListP&IDsPiping IsometricsGA DrawingsEquipment LayoutsProficiency in: Microsoft Excel (advanced) & Estimation tools and cost databasesWhat is in it for you:Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
