This opportunity is part of AECOMs Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.Supervise and inspect building systems specific to their discipline including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire safety, plumbing, and energy systems.Utilize design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto, or BIM tools) to produce detailed layouts and schematics.Develop sustainable and energy‑efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculations to support project needs.Ensure compatibility and functionality of various building services systems within the structure.Address challenges in integrating new systems into existing buildings or structures.Ensure designs meet local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of designs.Adopt advanced BIM modeling solutions including computational engineering and digital delivery workflows through Revit, Revizto, ACC, and BIM 360 environments to enhance design automation and multidisciplinary coordination.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.58 years experience in site supervision of residential buildings / villa developments.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, power distribution, plumbing, fire safety systems, and energy systems.Familiarity with local authority approvals and utility authority requirements.Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
