<div><p>At Julphar, we are on a journey of culture transformation&our mission is to provide a better quality of life for the entire family by delivering best in class solutions and real value with compassion and professionalism.</p><p>Our core values: Respect, Collaboration, innovation, Integrity and Compassion - Combined with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities - are key drivers in our aim to make a positive impact on the lives of the patients we serve, enable Talents , create a healthy work environment, and accomplish our goals through world‑class research and with the compassion and commitment of our employees.</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance for Equipment is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical production equipment in compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as:<ul><li>Tablet Manufacturing Equipment (Solid Dosage)</li><li>Liquid Manufacturing Equipment (Syrups / Suspensions)</li><li>Cream / Ointment Manufacturing Equipment (Semi‑Solid Dosage)</li></ul></li><li>Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Support equipment qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare and review maintenance SOPs and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering departments for maintenance planning and shutdown schedules.</li><li>Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate procurement requests when required.</li><li>Participate in internal and external audits and address maintenance‑related observations.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing maintenance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with OSD manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li></ul><h3>Key Competencies</h3><ul><li>Preventive&Predictive Maintenance</li><li>GMP Compliance</li><li>Technical Troubleshooting</li><li>Documentation&Reporting</li><li>Teamwork&Coordination</li><li>Safety Awareness</li></ul><p>We value people from different backgrounds.
