House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi‑disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a “one‑stop solution” for their clients’ project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for a project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising mechanical works for large‑scale construction projects, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, as well as compliance with international standards and Saudi regulations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all mechanical site activities, including installation, fabrication, and assembly, ensuring compliance with project specificationsReview shop drawings to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies, conflicts, or omissionsReview project specifications related to mechanical systems to ensure all installations meet required standardsApprove materials and equipment by evaluating manufacturer specifications and conducting quality control checksReview project execution plans for mechanical activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, milestones, and resource allocationConduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, to ensure compliance and identify issuesCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth progressEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting safety inspections and addressing potential risksPrepare and maintain reports and documentation related to site progress, inspections, and corrective actionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentValid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membershipMinimum 10+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management, including at least 5 years in Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and regulationsProficiency in construction management software and toolsExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy#J-18808-Ljbffr
