Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Department Head to lead all mechanical engineering activities including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and infrastructure systems across our development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical design review and approval processes.Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Liaise with consultants and authorities for required approvals.Review shop drawings and material submittals.Manage Payments Invoices, claims, and variation orders.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.Manage mechanical project budgets and contractor performance.Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and safety regulations.Lead and mentor the mechanical engineering team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.8–12+ years of experience in real estate development projects.Strong experience in HVAC and fire protection systems.Experience in Commercial, residential and villas Projects is preferred.Strong leadership and coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
