Mechanical Draughtsman

Prepare detailed HVAC and mechanical shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.Draft ducting layouts, piping, chilled water, ventilation, and mechanical equipment systems.Interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Develop sections, elevations, and detailed layouts for construction.CoordinationCoordinate with electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams.Assist in resolving design conflicts and site-related issues.Support engineers in reviewing drawings and ensuring constructability.DocumentationPrepare as-built drawings based on site feedback.Maintain drawing registers and document control processes.Update drawings based on design revisions and client comments.Ensure drawings meet project and company standards.Compliance & QualityEnsure adherence to UAE and international HVAC and mechanical standards.Follow company drafting procedures and quality requirements.Ensure timely delivery of accurate and high-quality drawings.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Technical certification in drafting or HVAC is an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman.Experience working on GCC construction projects is preferred.Exposure to commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.Experience with MEP contractors or consultants is highly desirable.Technical SkillsAutoCADRevit (basic to intermediate preferred)Understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
