The valuable candidate must be in Doha, Qatar, and able to join as soon as possible.Technical CapabilitiesDesign of Mechanical Systems in Buildings and Infrastructure.Design of Mechanical Systems such as HVAC, firefighting, plumbing & drainage systems, etc.Design of Wet Utilities.Develop Design Reports and Design Calculations using softwares and manual calculations.Prepare calculations of cooling and heating loads, manual method spread sheet as per the standards.Develop Design Drawings and IFC Drawings.Develop Shop Drawings.Prepare complete BOQ and Technical specification for MEP systems.Familiar with all International Standards, local guidelines and MEP specifications.Familiar with Qatar construction specifications and authorities requirements.Hard SkillsAuto CADHVAC Design toolsHAPMicrosoft Office PackageSoft SkillsGood English (writing, reading, and speaking).Teamwork.Leadership.Communication.Problem-solving.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentIs this job a match or a miss?warningNote:If you’re asked to pay for a job, avoid the role and report the job to us immediately.This advertiser has chosen not to accept applicants from your region.
