MECHANICAL BIM MODELER

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC plumbing and firefighting) using Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD based on design inputs and project requirements.Coordinate closely with mechanical engineers and other disciplines (electrical structural architectural) to ensure fully integrated and clash‑free models.Generate accurate design drawings shop drawings sections and schedules from BIM models in compliance with project standards and specifications.Contribute to the implementation and adherence of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.Participate in coordination and review meetings assist in clash detection/resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.Update models in response to design changes RFIs and client feedback throughout design development and construction documentation phases.Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of BIM outputs for design submissions authority approvals and tender documentation.Key QualificationsDiploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of BIM modeling experience in design consultancy firms in the UAE/GCC.Proven involvement in prestigious UAE projects (e.g. airports, hospitals, towers or major infrastructure).Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP AutoCAD and Navisworks.Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and design standards (e.g. DM, DEWA, DCD).Strong understanding of mechanical design and BIM coordination workflows.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Candidates must be locally available and ready to join immediately.Vertical:Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
