Job Description As the Technical Liaison, your role involves acting as the bridge between customer programs and engineering teams. You will attend and coordinate design reviews, software evaluations, and validation meetings to ensure seamless communication. Your responsibilities also include managing product issue tracking, testing, and documentation for Visteon products, guaranteeing on-time customer support, system integration, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical liaison between customer programs and engineering teams
- Attend and coordinate design reviews, software evaluations, and validation meetings
- Manage product issue tracking, testing, and documentation for Visteon products
- Ensure on-time customer support, system integration, and delivery coordination
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver validated hardware and software configurations to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or system-level issues in vehicle and bench setups
- Maintain customer open items list, part number matrices, and change requests
