OverviewEngine Department – Supervisor. Reputed client of Smart Resourcing International. Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on engine and propulsion systems in the automotive/marine sector.ResponsibilitiesReport to Execution Head - Lifeboat Department.Recognize the range of work upon verification from Project Designers with regard to Engine and propulsion systems.Appoint workforce depending on job trivialities in liaison with Implementation Head.Track assessment checklists prepared by Engine auto mechanics and prepare evaluation reports.Communicate with Engine technicians for clarifications on the assessment checklists.Prepare a spare part checklist and generate part numbers for particular Engine makes as per the OEM component guidebooks and submit to Job engineers for estimation.Provide technical specs for in your area obtained spares/solutions as required.Read and understand technical guidebooks.Connect with spares organizer for the timely setup of materials/spares.Provide technical advice to engine mechanics on/off-field.Arrange necessary tools, materials, and tools needed for website jobs beforehand.Manage jobs at the yard and worksite whenever needed.Monitor work progress on a day-to-day basis.Keep shop flooring, devices and equipment in good condition on a daily basis.Perform associated duties as appointed by Manager.Preserve conformity with all firm plans as well as procedures.Other duties as required.QualificationsDiploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive/Marine Sector (Engines).Good verbal and composed interaction abilities.LocationSharjah, United Arab Emirates.ExperienceExperience Level: Minimum 5 years, Maximum 7 years.#J-18808-Ljbffr
