MECCA Bourke St is not only the largest of our 100+ stores, but also one of the biggest beauty destinations in the world.We are searching for an exceptional Assistant Trading Manager at our new MECCA Bourke St store ,with a deep passion for Colour, Skin or Fragrance ! This role will immerse you in the end-to-end intricacies of support to manage a category in our flagship store. Harness your strengths in driving exceptional store results through your team. Your proven people leadership skills will empower you to support our Zone Managers and Hosts, delivering an unparalleled MECCA flagship experience to our customers. Day-to-day responsibilities: exceptional customer experiences and ensures team adherence to customer service standards.Collaborates with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhanced operational efficiency, and drive trade.Actively manages tasks and deadlines to maximize floor time, benefiting the customer, team, and business. What you'll bring to this role: A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience Previous coaching and mentoring experience, focusing on team member development A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing othersExtensive experience (minimum 2-years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train teams.
