Maximo Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Maximo Architect Expert to lead the design, development, and governance of SAP solutions within our energy operations. This role is pivotal in aligning SAP technologies with the unique regulatory, safety, and operational requirements of the industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep Maximo expertise, a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, and experience integrating Maximo with SAP and operation management systems in high-security environments.As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for defining the Maximo architecture roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling digital transformation initiatives that support plant operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations, to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Maximo solutions.You will be also a key contributor to migration from SAP ECC to Maximo.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.Maximo or SAP certifications (e.g., Certified Technology Architect, Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable.Additional certifications in safety, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP) are a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of Maximo Architect experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.Proven experience in Maximo implementations within highly regulated industries—preferably, energy, or utilities.Hands‑on experience with Maximo, S/4HANA, EAM applications, PM, and integration with other systems.Experience with Maximo Finance, GRC, SAP EH&S, and Analytics Cloud for compliance and reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
